Birthday Treats

The downside to having your birthday smack in the middle of Denver Restaurant Week is that by the time it rolls around you need a break from eating out! So I decided to skip the usual birthday-eve celebration out and replace it with a trip to Whole Foods to pick up all of my favorite snacks, a bottle of wine, and spending the evening at home with my husband and my poodle, Henry. Just a few minutes of prep, no oven, no stove, and best of all... no clean up!
This is a super easy appetizer menu for guests!


THE MENU
Tomato Mozzaralla Basil Fan, drizzled with Olive Oil, Aged Balsamic, Salt & Pepper
Marinated Greek Olive Mix, from the Whole Foods Olive Bar
Brie, Sliced Pear, Salty Crackers, and Royal Fig Jelly
Marinated Artichoke Hearts
Brown Rice Spicy Crab Roll, Whole Foods Sushi Bar
